Damage deposit is refund one week after departure provided that all policies have been followed.

Written instructions will be provided before your arrival along with a timed lock code. Please reach out if you need a small amount of flexibility with your check-in or check-out times. We try to accommodate requests  but do not assume that arrival/departure changes are allowed without confirmation. Any concerns with the condition of the property, damage, or maintenance issues should be reported immediately. 

Guests should always reach out to us with questions! We are happy to assist you. We also offer provisioning services for your arrival (groceries, beer/wine) for an additional fee.

Exceeding the maximum occupancy without prior written approval will result in additional $100 per person per night fee over the maximum occupancy.

We welcome children but parents must be aware the yard is not fenced and has a fire pit. You are always responsible for your child's safety and behavior. Pack-n-play and high chair available on request.

This is a family neighborhood and we value our relationship with our neighbors. Loud parties are not allowed. This said, entertaining is welcome provided that your visitors are not staying overnight and exceeding the lodging reservation limit of 6. 

Smoking in the house and on the deck is not allowed.  Smoking outdoors  is permitted on the patio, lawn, and driveway and must be properly extinguished and disposed of. Please be respectful.
